Account Deletion – Lexiverse by Kustasoft

📋 Overview

At Lexiverse, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can easily and securely delete your account directly from within the Lexiverse app.

📝 How to Delete Your Account In-App

For your convenience and security, you can automatically delete your account and all associated data directly from the app. Follow these steps:

Open the Lexiverse app.
Go to your Profile by tapping your avatar or the profile icon.
Tap the Delete Account button (the trash can icon) located in the authentication section.
Confirm your choice when prompted. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Alternative: Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can still request the deletion of your account and associated data by sending an email to our support team.

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request – Lexiverse"
In the email body, include the email address associated with your Lexiverse account (the one you used to sign in with Google, Apple, or Email).
Our team will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been successfully deleted.

🗑️ Data Deleted vs. Retained

The table below describes the types of data stored by Lexiverse and what happens to each when your account is deleted:

Coin Balance & Purchases	Deleted	In-game coin balance and power-up inventory
Leaderboard Entries	Deleted	All rankings and tournament records
User Preferences	Deleted	Avatar, username, language, theme settings
In-App Purchase Receipts	Retained (90 days)	Purchase transaction IDs are retained for refund processing and fraud prevention, then permanently deleted.
Anonymized Analytics	Retained (anonymized)	Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics (e.g., total app sessions). These cannot be linked back to you.

📱 Delete from Within the App

You can also initiate account deletion directly from the app:

Open Lexiverse and navigate to Profile.
Scroll down to the Account section.
Tap "Sign Out" to disconnect your account.

ℹ️ Additional Information

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All game progress, coins, and achievements will be lost.
If you have an active premium subscription (Remove Ads), please cancel it through your device's app store before requesting deletion.
Deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days.
